Endurance Overseas acquires 60% stake in Stöferle

We are pleased to inform that on Dec 12th 2024, Endurance Overseas has signed a Share Purchase Agreement for acquisition of 60% stake in Stöferle Automotive GmbH and Stoferle GmbH, Germany.

Stöferle Automotive GmbH and Stöferle GmbH are in the business of manufacturing of machined aluminium die castings for engine and transmission components of automotive industry and production of CNC machines for captive use.

The activities are carried out from its plant at Laupheim, Germany.

The operation with Stöferle represents for  the Group an acquisition of a strong player in the business.
