We are pleased to inform that on the 16th November 2022, Endurance Overseas acquired 100% stake in New Fren Srl.
New Fren is engaged in the business of designing, manufacturing and sale of brake discs, clutches, centrifugal clutches, pads and brake shoes for two-wheeler vehicles under its registered trademark “Newfren”.
The operations are carried out from its plant at Ciriè (TO), Italy and its subsidiary situated at Hammam Sousse, Tunisia.
Acquisition of New Fren is aimed to create a ‘centre of excellence’ in Italy for the business development of premium components in the two-wheeler segment giving growth and synergy opportunities to the Endurance Group.
