The Endurance Group is pleased to announce that its newly acquired Endurance Adler S.p.A. (which joined the Endurance Group on the 15th of April 2020 and operates in the field of clutches for motorcycles), has acquired Grimeca S.r.l., a company specialized in designing of brake systems for motorcycle applications.
This transaction involves the acquisition of “G Grimeca” brand, Grimeca S.r.l. company, Intellectual Property, patents and know-how for brake systems for the sector of two/three-wheel vehicles.
After a long period of technical collaboration with the Endurance Group, Grimeca S.r.l. now joins the group, bringing the expertise and the technical skills, coming from several years of development and design of high-tech solutions for large series and also for innovative and high-performance applications.
Thanks to recent acquisitions of full-of-history technical partners (Adler S.p.A. and Grimeca S.r.l.), Endurance Group gives now new impetus to its technological leadership with the prospect of creating in Italy a center of excellence for designing and manufacturing of motorcycle components.
